I'm having trouble viewing your site. Text is getting cut off, especially on the product pages.
We've found that this occurs on a select group of laptop computers, in many cases Dell laptops running Windows.
As computers have come to support higher resolution, allowing more space on your screen, each individual item—an icon, or a font—gets smaller. Computer manufacturers like to ship laptops at the highest resolution possible, but users might then respond that they have trouble reading fonts. To compensate for this, some manufacturers have changed the dpi (dots-per-inch) setting in Windows to a larger value, increasing fonts. What they haven't taken into consideration, though, is that font sizes are used to keep content in spatial perspective in many cases.
To fix this, right-click on your Windows Desktop. Choose Properties. Under the Settings tab, click the Advanced button. Under DPI Setting, select "Normal size (96 DPI).

Do you offer swatches of your upholstery fabrics?
Yes we do! Swatches are available to order for $2/each, and can be easily added to your shopping cart on your desired fabric's page. Each swatch is 6" x 6" and contains information on pattern name, repeat sizes, and contact info.
Do you ship internationally?
Our website is currently designed to ship only within the US, but we are happy to process international orders for upholstery fabrics via email. Please contact us at store@rubiegreen.com to place your international upholstery fabric order. If you live in Australia or New Zealand/Pacific, please visit our Policies page to find the contact info for our exclusive distributors in your area. At the moment, we are unable to ship our bedding internationally, but we hope to offer it in the future.
Why did my bedding arrive in an Amazon.com box, and is the packaging eco-friendly?
Our bedding is actually warehoused by the expert shippers at Amazon! Therefore your order will be shipped in an Amazon.com box. Amazon ships in boxes that are made from 43% recycled materials, and are 100% recyclable once used. Inside the box, you will find your bedding packaged in a reusable organic cotton drawstring bag. The bag will have a thin layer of certified non-toxic plastic around it, in order to keep it clean during warehousing and shipping.
Are your upholstery fabrics available in any US showrooms?
At the moment, no. In order to keep the retail costs as low as possible for our customers, we decided not to mark up our fabrics as high as most interior design showrooms would require. To view our fabrics for your decorating projects, we recommend purchasing a swatch via our website.
