DELIVERY AND HANDLING CHARGES

Shipping costs will be calculated based upon standard UPS ground service rates. Rates are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and final destination of the package.

To ensure a wrinkle-free delivery, our upholstery fabrics are shipped on bolts. Due to the size of the bolts, UPS charges an additional $8.00 handling fee plus a $4 packing fee to each shipment. Your final shipping cost will reflect these charges.

RETURN POLICY

It is our goal to ensure that every customer is a happy customer! Because all Rubie Green fabrics are made-to-order and are therefore not able to be returned, we suggest you order swatches in advance if you’re concerned about matching. If an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately and we will make every attempt to replace the damaged goods in a timely manner. Please do not hesitate to contact us with any questions you may have, as we would love to hear from you.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We gladly accept international orders, but are unable to process them via this website. To place an international order, please contact Rubie Green at michelle.adams@rubiegreen.com with your order information and shipping address and we will be in touch with you shortly. Please allow extra time for shipping on all international orders.
